Electrolab India Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring fresher for the position of Assurance Service Engineer at Hyderabad.
Company Information: Electrolab was established in 1984, and we manufacture pharmaceutical testing
equipment and peristaltic pumps which are used in several industries, with 50% of our Production exporting
worldwide.
Position Details:
Designation: Assurance Service Engineer
Qualification: BE/Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/ Mechanical or related fields
Location

: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Department: Service Department
Stipend: Rs. 17,000/- per month
Payroll: NAPS/ NATS (Apprenticeship Schemes)

Mandatory: Vehicle (for field work), with a valid License

(JD):

- Ensure timely preventive and installation services per schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service visits and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with finance for credit and payment management.
- Exhibit good communication, technical knowledge, and adaptability for traveling and handling diverse situations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits for customer equipment.
- Perform installation visits and support promotion activities for accessories and assurance products.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and demonstrate products to customers.
- Update GRN and maintain serial number intelligence records.
- Handle credit control and payment follow-up for machines, assurance, and spares.
