Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for recovery of outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Debt Collection / Recovery / Telecalling
- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Loan / Credit Card collections preferred
