Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide telecom support to domestic customers via inbound calls
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan changes, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure first call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT

- Good Hindi and English communication skills
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Domestic BPO (Telecom preferred)
- Good understanding of telecom products and customer service handling
