Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide telecom support to US customers via inbound calls
- Assist with billing, plan changes, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure first call resolution and high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills (US accent preferred)
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in International BPO (US telecom preferred)
- Good understanding of telecom products and customer handling
- Strong problem-solving skills
