Finance & Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive financial performance and ensure the fiscal health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS).
• Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgeted forecasts to provide actionable insights to management.
• Present financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.

2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure timely compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Manage corporate tax planning and filing of returns.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal counsel for audits and assessments.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures against budgets and implement cost-control measures.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage daily cash flow, optimize liquidity, and maintain banking relationships.
• Handle foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies if applicable.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Establish, maintain, and enforce robust internal financial controls and policies.
• Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy using ERP systems.

  Get Hired
  Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Experience: 10+ years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting roles.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Excel.
