Job Description
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive sales efforts for our India and Middle East markets. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of high-quality commercial proposals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a good understanding of CRM/ERP/AI technologies, including Microsoft D365 products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
- Identify and engage potential leads through market research, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Perform needs analysis and provide tailored product recommendations to clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
3. Commercial Proposals:
- Prepare and present customized commercial proposals that address client needs.
- Ensure proposals are competitive, accurate, and professionally crafted.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and responses to client inquiries.
4. Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market dynamics.
- Share market feedback with the sales and product teams to refine offerings and strategies.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 products or a strong understanding of CRM/ERP/AI technologies.
- Selling experience of Microsoft D365 products or similar.
