This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Voice Process professional based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling international customer service inquiries, performing sales activities, and providing information about financial services. The professional will be responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their concerns effectively. The role allows for some work-from-home flexibility but will require regular in-office attendance in Bengaluru.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Finance knowledge
• Proficient analytical skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both in-office and remote work
