Project Manager Interior Design & Fit-Out

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to manage interior design and fit-out projects from design coordination through site execution, completion, and handover. The ideal candidate has an architectural or engineering background with strong site experience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced Dubai environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from design coordination to site execution and handover

Coordinate between design teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants

Conduct regular site visits, site measurements, and quality checks

Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals

Monitor timelines, quality standards, and compliance

Manage variations, site changes, and approvals

Prepare project progress reports and manage snagging works

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Dubai

Proven experience in interior design and fit-out projects

Strong site management and coordination skills

Proficient in AutoCAD (Archicad is an advantage)

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Must be based in Dubai and available to start immediately

Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting from AED 8,000 - 12,000 Per Month, based on experience

Performance-based project bonuses

Visa and medical insurance provided

Fuel expenses covered (own car is an advantage)
