Position Responsibilities

• Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365
• Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalation
• Responding promptly to service issues and requests
• Adhere to the documented incident escalation procedure
• Collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
  
• Adapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies by safeguarding sensitive information and implementing best practices for data handling and protection.
  

Qualifications

• Graduates of B.Sc (Computer Science), BCA graduates, and B.E. / B.Tech.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing concepts
• Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform will be beneficial
• Good understanding of Web servers like IIS, Apache, etc
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems

  Get Hired
  Good understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge ,and software applications.
• Basic knowledge of databases like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc, will be an added advantage
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently new products and tools
• Ability to follow and update specific work instructions and documentation
• Ensure high quality for all solutions provided and all changes made in the production environment
• Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
