Accounts Payable Specialist (3-Month Rolling Contract)

eMagine Solutions is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading organisation based in Dubai. This is a 3-month rolling contract with the potential for extension.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments to suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-volume transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including electronic transfers and cheque payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Liaise with vendors regarding payment status and invoice queries
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: 3-month rolling contract
