Position: Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Internal Audit

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 15+ years

Certifications: CIA/CISA preferred

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group-wide internal audits across business verticals.
• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans covering financial, operational, regulatory, and IT controls.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Present audit findings and risk assessments to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Oversee audit follow-ups and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Conduct fraud investigations and review financial irregularities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and other assurance teams while maintaining audit independence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Internal Audit team.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, and technology to improve audit effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in internal audit, risk management, internal controls, and process improvement.
• Experience in hotel/hospitality industry audits.
• Exposure to M&A transaction audits, treasury, debt structuring, tax, and legal audits.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, data analytics, and technology-related risks.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of professional auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
