Deputy Manager/ Manager - M&A- Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand transaction structures commonly employed in real estate transactions and engage with senior management and advisors to prepare for acquisition / divestment transactions
• Work collaboratively with senior management in evaluating real estate investment opportunities, and evaluation of proposed exits.
• Work through the investment / divestment process which would include due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory) and to incorporate the same into the transaction documents and commercials.
• Review transaction documents and manage negotiations with counterparties and counsels
• Carry out analysis of project / propertys financials, tenant profile, projections.
• 
  Undertake valuation exercise, preparation of financial models, coordinate with external valuation consultants on valuations being undertaken for financial reporting and transaction purposes.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• CA or MBA from A grade institute is a must
• Minimum 4-5 years experience with real estate funds or developers / investment banking / corporate finance / work with a big 4 consulting firm. Experience in Real Estate sector / transactions would be a big plus.
• Proficiency in Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a Must.
