We Are Hiring: Founders Office – Strategic Execution & Leadership Team
Embtel Solutions is expanding its Founders Office and hiring professionals who can work closely with the Founder and Team to turn ideas, strategies, and business objectives into measurable outcomes.
Our US-focused business verticals include:

- US Accounting and Tax Services
- IT Services and Technology Products
- US Staffing and Recruitment
- Education and Training
- Digital and Business Support Services
- New Business Initiatives and Strategic Ventures
The Founders Office works across these verticals and requires professionals who can research, plan, coordinate, execute, and take ownership of results.
Open Positions
1. Finance & Audit Strategy Manager
- Handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Coordinate audits, financial controls, compliance, and identify financial risks or improvement opportunities.
- Support the Founder with financial research, business cases, and strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities are not limited to the above, and other related work may be assigned based on business requirements.
2. Technical Strategy & Development Lead
- Research and evaluate technologies, software, AI, automation, APIs, integrations, and IT solutions.
- Convert business requirements and ideas into technical plans and coordinate development and implementation.
- Lead technical initiatives and work with developers, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Research & Innovation Strategy Lead
- Conduct market, competitor, industry, technology, and business research.
- Evaluate new business ideas, products, services, markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Prepare research-based recommendations and coordinate approved initiatives through execution.

4. Strategic Projects & Execution Manager
- Convert the Founders ideas and strategic objectives into structured plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate teams, track progress, manage risks, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Measure project results and report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Founder and Senior Leadership Team.

5. Business Development & Strategic Growth Manager
- Research markets, potential clients, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Develop business development strategies, proposals, outreach plans, and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and take approved opportunities from planning through execution.

6. Marketing & Growth Strategy Specialist
- Research target markets, audiences, competitors, and marketing opportunities.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, content, and growth strategies.
- Track marketing performance and provide recommendations to improve leads, conversions, and business growth.

Working Schedule
