Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to promote our pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals across assigned territories in Delhi. The ideal candidate will build strong professional relationships, achieve sales targets, and increase product awareness within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  
• Arrange regular meetings with healthcare professionals to present product information.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• 
  Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
  
• Ensure availability of products at chemist shops and pharmacies.
  
• Organize and participate in medical camps, conferences, and promotional events.
  
• Submit daily call reports (DCR) and maintain accurate sales records.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry.
  
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
