Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives by aligning business objectives with technology solutions. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders while ensuring successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions and convert business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.

Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for proposed solutions.

Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.

Conduct stakeholder workshops, deliver presentations, and provide executive-level reporting.

Support UAT and validate that solutions meet business objectives.
