As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth through digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, META Ads, and more.
• Design and build high-converting landing pages, collaborating with design and development teams.
• Utilize third-party tools like Zapier for seamless campaign automation and integration with CRM and other tools.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continually refine strategies to maximize ROI.
• 
  CRM management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization in Real Estate company.
• Strong technical skills, including experience in building landing pages and using third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, webhooks).
• Expertise in Google Ads, META Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign creation, and automation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
