Business Requirements & Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and IT architecture
- Assist in testing, deployment, and system enhancements
- Create and maintain user manuals, functional specifications, and process flows
- Conduct training sessions to support end-users
- Monitor IT application performance and recommend enhancements
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT Applications Analyst role
- Experience in enterprise applications, software implementation, and process improvement
- Proficiency in IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and business teams
- Stakeholder management experience
