Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients and market segments to promote the company s air freight services.
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Plan and conduct meetings with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored air freight solutions.
* Achieve assigned sales targets by driving consistent business development initiatives.
* Expand the client base through proactive relationship management and networking within the UAE logistics sector.
* Provide regular market intelligence reports including competitor analysis and customer insights.
* Liaise with airlines and agents to support pricing, capacity, and service requirements.
* Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and regular performance reports for management.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the air freight industry within the UAE.
* Strong client relations and knowledge of airline operations and agent network development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
* Computer literate with good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* UAE driving license is mandatory.
