Job Description
- As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing new geographies such as Singapore and Hong Kong. Your main Key Result Area (KRA) will be client acquisition. You should have a deep understanding of client-based objectives and cater to them accordingly. For Long Only Clients/Funds, you will introduce them to the Equity Research team. For Derivative and Algo Based clients, your role will involve introducing them to the Algo/System Network Team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and fund admins will be crucial. Additionally, you will ensure post-onboarding revenues from clients by coordinating with internal teams effectively.
Your success in this role will depend on your strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with your ability to network and gather market intelligence. Possessing excellent client relationship skills is essential. A basic understanding of the Indian Equity/Currency Markets is required. While it's desirable to have knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies, it's not a prerequisite. Prior exposure and relationships with Institutional clients abroad will be advantageous.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a PG/MBA degree and have 8-12 years of relevant experience in the field.,
