? Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Lead whos not just a coder but a product builder. You will own the complete software lifecycle architecture, development, testing, deployment, scaling, and maintenance for mission-critical platforms, including rider-facing apps, real-time fleet management systems, and backend infrastructure.
???? What You Will Do

• Architect & Build scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Lead end-to-end development from concept to deployment with rapid iteration and minimal tech debt.

• Develop frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Python) components with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
• Design and maintain microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and robust database structures (SQL/NoSQL).
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Integrate third-party APIs, payments, analytics, and real-time data systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with hardware, product, and data science teams for feature-rich, integrated solutions.
• Mentor developers, set best practices, and maintain high engineering standards. Monitor system uptime, security, and scalability.
  

? What Were Looking For

• 6+ years of full stack development experience and a proven track record of building and deploying applications from scratch in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Python, microservices, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB, Redis), messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, along with infrastructure automation.

  Solid understanding of secure coding, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, PyTest), performance optimization, and scalability.
