Job Summary
Were looking for a seasoned FP&A professional to own financial planning, analysis and reporting for a fast moving energy/EV business. Youll translate business activity into clear financial insight, run modelling and scenario analysis, strengthen controls and automate cross-department processes to help management make confident decisions.
What You Will Do

• 
  Prepare investor-grade reports - monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow packs for management and investors.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track key business metrics and scenarios analysis.
• Reconcile key accounts, investigate variances, and deliver timely reconciliation reports.
• Design and document SOPs and internal control processes for finance operations.
• Lead finance integrations with other departments and implement automation (workflows, BI dashboards, connectors).
• Track cash flow, collections and payments, produce action plans to improve working capital.
• Evaluate pricing models and financial viability for new products/projects.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and target-setting (annual, quarterly, monthly).
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects as required.
  

What Were Looking For

• 67 years in FP&A / corporate finance (startup, EV, asset-leasing experience preferred).
• Qualification: CA (MBA in Finance is a plus)
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA/macros, complex formulas, sensitivity tables).
• Strong financial modeling and accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent communicator able to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
• Attention to detail, deadlines oriented, high ownership.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.
