We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the subject, effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to inspire students to excel in physics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective physics lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to different learning styles.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Utilize technology and modern teaching aids to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to strengthen theoretical concepts.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Encourage students to participate in academic competitions, seminars, and science-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration regarding student progress and concerns.
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning to enhance teaching skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Physics along with a Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.).
• Proven teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching techniques, including digital tools and laboratory equipment.
