Emotorad - Product Manager

About the Role:

Emotorad is looking for a Product Manager to own the digital backbone running our manufacturing, logistics, operations, order management, and finance workflows.

This is not an ERP administrator role; we need someone who thinks in business problems first, and treats ERPNext and Frappe as the platform used to solve them.

What You Will Do:

• Sit between business stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations, and finance, and translate their operational pain points into a coherent product roadmap.
• Prioritize what gets built or configured next based on business impact, not ticket volume.
• Own end-to-end processes including production planning, inventory and warehouse flows, order-to-cash, procurement, and financial reconciliation all running on Frappe and ERPNext.
• Work closely with developers to scope customizations.
• Measure success in cycle time reduction, error reduction, and process throughput, not system uptime alone.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 - 7 years in product management, business systems, or a techno-functional role, ideally at a manufacturing, D2C, or supply-chain-heavy company.
• Strong preference for people who've owned outcomes across multiple functions, not just one.
• Comfort with ERP concepts expected but we're explicitly not looking for someone whose primary identity is ERP tool expert.
• You should be able to sit with a warehouse manager or a finance controller, understand the real problem, then figure out if the fix is a process change, a workflow automation, or a system configuration.

Nice to Have:

• Prior Frappe/ERPNext exposure, experience scaling an ERP from one module to many, and enough technical fluency to scope requirements without being a developer.
