Job Description
Your tasks:
- Candidate should be subject matter expert - Blade manufacturing process
- Should have a hands on experience into product development and supplier Audit management with domain knowledge of chemicals and composites processes
- Should have better understanding about product quality defect and able to drive it for resolution.
- Should be able to understand and execute the required deliverables through APQP4Wind and PPAP requirements during the development phase gate as a part of governance activity
- In depth knowledge towards problem resolution thro 8D methodology and six sigma methodology
- Knowledge on SAP and able to work with power BI tools to do data analytics to prepare monthly reports
- Operational level meeting moderation and driving them without many conflicts, reporting out escalation topics and action plan
- As a part of governance activity, should be able to demonstrate ownership mind set to drive the overall Blade Quality improvement at internal factories and external vendors
- Be collaborative with his/her approach to execute the defined task and strive to meet the defined GOAL / KPI
- Working closely within matrix organization of GQE and outside functions too
- As an individual, have a thought process to work with open mind set approach and enhance the ability to perform at high level with internal/external interface
- Candidate should have min 12-15 years of an experience in blade manufacturing process and quality management
- Intercultural and Cross-functional experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication in English language (written and spoken) and presentation skills. Speaking in German, Portuguese, chines languages will be added advantage

- Effective coordination & project management skill
- Candidate required from blade manufacturing industry only
- BE / ME - Mechanical or chemical Engineering
- Hands on experience in composites and blade manufacturing technology
- Should have worked on Quality functions and knowledge on problem solving methods like 8D,Lean Six sigma and on product development process like APQP,PPAP
