Job Description

As a Human Resource Recruiter at Enhanceplus, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the recruitment needs of our firm, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Our pan India placement firm is currently hiring for the Malad branch, where we believe in the transformative power of the right career opportunity.

At Enhanceplus, our commitment to excellence and passion for connecting exceptional talent with forward-thinking companies have established us as a niche player in the world of talent acquisition. The working hours for this role are from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturdays.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include internet reimbursement, and the work schedule consists of day and morning shifts. Additionally, the role offers a joining bonus, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus.

To ensure a successful recruitment process, candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree and have proficiency in the English language. A willingness to travel is preferred as part of the job requirement. The work location is in person, and the expected start date for this position is 09/06/2025.
