Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & Customer Support Associate for a fast-growing fintech platform that enables businesses to launch and manage digital investment products. This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who can manage backend operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Process and manage customer onboarding with accuracy and compliance (KYC, AML checks).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account setup, updates, and transaction processing.
  • Monitor daily operational workflows to ensure timely execution.
  • Generate and review reports, including transaction reconciliation and settlements.
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, transactions, and platform features.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve recurring issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations and/or customer support.
  • Preferably from a fintech or financial services background.

Required Skills

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.

  • Basic understanding of APIs and data handling (preferred).
