Job Description
We are hiring an Operations & Customer Support Associate for a fast-growing fintech platform that enables businesses to launch and manage digital investment products. This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who can manage backend operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations:
- Process and manage customer onboarding with accuracy and compliance (KYC, AML checks).
- Coordinate with internal teams for account setup, updates, and transaction processing.
- Monitor daily operational workflows to ensure timely execution.
- Generate and review reports, including transaction reconciliation and settlements.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, transactions, and platform features.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve recurring issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations and/or customer support.
- Preferably from a fintech or financial services background.
