Job Description
- As a Remote Python Developer AI & AWS Specialist at our US-based product tech company, you will play a crucial role in building cutting-edge AI and Vision solutions. We are looking to expand our development team in India and are seeking a talented individual with expertise in Python development, AI technologies, and AWS cloud services. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying backend solutions using Python frameworks such as Django REST Framework (DRF) and FastAPI. Moreover, you will be expected to possess proficiency in AWS cloud services and the ability to construct advanced AI models like LLM (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
Your key responsibilities will revolve around backend development, where you will be required to architect, design, and implement scalable backend services utilizing Python, DRF, and FastAPI. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating robust RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications. In the realm of AI/ML implementation, you will design and deploy AI models, including LLMs and RAG systems, to empower Vision AI and other intelligent solutions. Your role will also involve optimizing and fine-tuning AI models for enhanced performance and accuracy.
Innovation is highly encouraged in our environment, and you will be expected to stay updated on emerging AI trends and cloud technologies. Your input in proposing improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and scalability will be valued.
To excel in this role, you should possess 5-7 years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong background in Django REST Framework (DRF) and FastAPI. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs is a must. Moreover, you should have proven experience in building and deploying AI models (LLM, RAG) and Vision AI solutions, along with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, SageMaker, etc.). Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment are crucial soft skills required for this role.

This is a Part-time/Full-time (Flexible) position and the preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. The required experience includes 5 years in Python and 1 year of total work experience.
