Ezproc - Category Manager

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Category Manager - Housekeeping Category to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor relationships, pricing, and supply chain efficiency for housekeeping consumables. This role is crucial in ensuring timely availability, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness of housekeeping resources like manpower, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure housekeeping materials, consumables, and equipment
- Build strong vendor networks and maintain supplier relationships
- Analyze demand trends to forecast and plan procurement

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
- Onboard vendors based on capability, pricing, and quality
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies across all operational sites
- Track category spend, savings, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on market trends and cost dynamics
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or a Diploma in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years in procurement, category management, or operations in housekeeping/facility management
Skills:
Strong negotiation & analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of housekeeping products & services
Vendor evaluation & contract management
Excellent interpersonal & coordination abilities
