GCP Devops Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and support our platform modernization initiatives. The role involves working on cloud-native platforms, automation frameworks, and building scalable and resilient infrastructure systems using modern DevOps and SRE practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead platform modernization including containerization, microservices, and serverless adoption.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments across environments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• 
  Apply DevSecOps practices to ensure security and compliance throughout the pipeline.
• Support production environments, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Build internal automation tools to improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve architectural standards.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3- 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

  Get Hired
  Strong hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog).
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and production support practices.
• Exposure to security tools such as Trivy, Snyk, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven architectures is an advantage.
• Strong debugging skills in distributed systems.
