Role Overview:

Revigro Marketing is looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts
• Understand client business goals and assist in planning digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, social media, design) for smooth campaign execution
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks, approvals, and campaign updates
• Track and monitor campaign performance and share regular reports with clients
• Support in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships
• Handle client queries, feedback, and basic escalations professionally

Skills Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (mandatory)
