Financial Controller

What role you will play in team: You will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What you will do: Manage accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the accounting team and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  Manage the company's cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/MBA/M.com in Finance with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
