Academic Content & Curriculum Developer

Your key responsibilities will include researching and developing content for nursing courses at diploma and degree levels, such as CNA, LPN/LVN, ADN, and BSN. You will also be tasked with creating test preparation material that aligns with standardized U.S. nursing assessments like NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, ATI TEAS, HESI A2, and State CNA exams. Additionally, you will need to draft lesson plans, topic summaries, multiple-choice questions, case studies, and scenario-based questions that are clinically relevant.

Ensuring academic integrity, clinical accuracy, and alignment with frameworks such as NCSBN, ACEN, CCNE, and NGN exam standards will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be expected to simplify complex nursing concepts while maintaining academic depth and technical relevance. Collaboration with editors, subject matter experts, and instructional designers will be essential, and you may need to revise and update content to ensure its quality and alignment with evolving standards.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN, MSN, or higher) and be familiar with U.S. nursing curriculum, licensure pathways, and academic benchmarks. Previous experience in academic writing, test preparation, or content creation is required, along with proficiency in English, strong research skills, and attention to detail. Experience in developing content for NCLEX, TEAS, HESI, or other standardized nursing exams, as well as familiarity with tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, or content authoring software, will be advantageous.
