Reports To: Talent Acquisition Senior Manager

Expertise in - Bulk Hiring

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing applicant tracking systems, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
  • Conducting Interviews: Assist in conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and generate reports as needed.
  • Employer Branding:

    Support initiatives to enhance the companys employer brand, including participation in job fairs and networking events.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations, including diversity and inclusion practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment in Financial sector is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Please note - Candidate from Bulk hiring background will be preferred( Edtech and BFSI)
