- Act as a SPOC from the sales team for carrying out the requirements of existing customers such as understanding the requirement, making proposals, order endowers etc.
- Forecast the monthly/quarterly sales by keeping track of spreadsheets, etc.
-Maintain excellent professional relationship and rapport with existing customers and ensure they don't move i*to competition.
