Associate - Private Equity Fund Raising

What role you will play in team: Assist in the fundraising efforts for our private equity funds, interacting with potential investors.

What you will do: Support in preparing fund materials and presentations, and interacting with investors.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare marketing materials for potential investors, including fund brochures and presentations.
• Maintain investor databases and track communication.
• Support in the preparation of investor reports and communications.
• Assist in investor due diligence and meetings.
  
• Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment on fundraising strategies.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fundraising activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years experience in private equity, investment banking or fund management.
• Strong understanding of the private equity investment landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
