Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
• Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels

Qualifications:

• 0.5 years of experience in the Order Fulfillment department
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using order processing software
