About the role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to join our Chennai team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and the EdTech industry. You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, student counseling, and enrollment conversion while working closely with our core sales team. High-performing interns will be offered a full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the internship.

Stipend: ₹6,000 + Incentives

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls
  • Perform cold calling and follow-ups with prospective students
  • Explain course offerings and guide students in selecting suitable programs
  • Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Who can apply

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience (EdTech background preferred)

  • Confident in Tamil and English (Mandatory)

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Final-year students can also apply)
