Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head located in Kerala, India. The Cluster Head will oversee the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, managing branch staff, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage and support branch teams in achieving their objectives.
