Job Description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner solutions.
- Proven ability to build and deploy Cerner modules from scratch.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication for stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clinical solutions.
- Lead the architectural design and system configuration based on organizational requirements.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with existing clinical workflows.
- Execute system go-lives, including testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to end-users and internal IT teams to ensure long-term system sustainability.
- Evaluate current state workflows and recommend best practice enhancements within the Cerner ecosystem.
- Mastering the flow of financial data from clinical documentation to billing.
- Charge Router configuration, Charge Viewer, Charge Services, and managing Suspended Charges.
- Proficiency in Reconciliation, HB Workqueues, and Patient Accounting integration.
- Ensuring medication safety and streamlined pharmacy operations.

- PharmNet configuration, Medication Orders, and Order Sentences.
- Expertise in Pharmacy Verification, MAR (Medication Administration Record), Med Rec, and the Profiling Queue.
- Optimizing the clinician experience in outpatient environments.
- Ambulatory Workflow design, PowerForms, and iView.
- Proficiency in creating Provider Templates and implementing Dynamic Documentation to reduce clinician burden.
