Looking for a Proactive and Experienced TA Lead for deployment to my Client office

The person will have minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing recruitments to partner with our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Hiring Managers across multiple business entities in India.
Talent Acquisition Lead – Manufacturing Hiring
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Projects, Sales & Corporate Functions.
- Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Build talent pipelines through market mapping and proactive sourcing.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Desired Profile
- 8–15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong exposure to Manufacturing hiring is mandatory.
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience in hiring mid & senior management professionals.
