Job Description
You must have had relevant experience and able to start working quickly.Payroll ResponsibilitiesRun weekly payrollGather information on hours worked for each employeeCalculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer systemPrint and mail paychecksFollow up on employee questionsSubmit workers comp payments
Invoicing ResponsibilitiesGenerate invoices to be sent to clients in a timely mannerFollow up on accounts receivables by following up with clients by email and phoneMaintain relationships with clients accounts payable departments to ensure we get paid on timeAnswer client questions and update invoices in case of issues
