Role Overview: Were looking for someone who understands users before acquiring them, and analyzes outcomes to refine every next action. This role is perfect for someone who started with data, and evolved into full-stack growth and performance marketing.
You will own initiatives across product funnels, marketing campaigns, and growth experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines (Athena, Glue, Jupyter, Google Analytics) to track full user journeysfrom click to retention.
- Conduct funnel analyses, behavior segmentation, and LTV modeling to identify the highest-value acquisition and retention levers.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube,Instagram, Twitter/X) with a focus on real user outcomes.
- Design lead funnels for newsletter acquisition and product growth, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and email journeys
- Set up attribution models connecting paid channels to product behavior and retention events.
- Experiment, analyze, and ship impactful changes fast in a high-growth environment.
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights, and design experiments that test both product UX and marketing funnels
- Run A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, signup flows, and emails to improve conversion and engagement.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong proficiency in SQL, GA4, marketing analytics, and campaign management
- Hands-on experience running paid ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, or programmatic platforms
- Understand customer segmentation, LTV analysis, cohort behavior, and user funnel optimization
- Thrive in ambiguity and love building things from scratch
- Passionate about AI, automation, and building sustainable growth engines
- Thinks like a founder: drives initiatives independently, hunts for insights, moves fast
- A team player who collaborates across engineering, growth, and editorial teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, always spotting opportunities for real growth.
