About The Role

Were looking for experienced Support Logistics functions such as transfer of FG from production area to FG store, arrangement of FG/RM/PM using pallet truck, Stacker and Forklift , FG pick-up for dispatches at Loading point, record of NART wise/batchwise dispatches in Register, Label printing on System & pasting of Export labels, & assisting warehouse functions such as taking deliveries of Incoming RM/PM, issue of RM/PM to production dept. Periodical physical counting of RM/PM/FG stock.

What You Will Do

• Work within EOGL safety standards with a responsibility for others too

• black small square Transfer of stock with Pallet trucks
• black small square Movement of stock from RM /PM to Production Area
• black small square Labelling, loose packing, stretch film wrapping, Palletisation
• black small square Stacking the goods on pallets
• black small square Movement of FG Stock from Production to FG Stores
• black small square Taking receipts of Incoming Goods as per documents/challans/Invoices
• black small square Sorting of good during receipts of Mixed/damaged Consignment
• black small square Have to work in logistics Area (both in Distribution and Stores)
• black small square Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• black small square Handling dispatches of FG Stock
• black small square checking of FG Goods as per production transfer note, SAP Stock list
• black small square Need to do Dispensing, issues and Daily check of Solvents.
• black small square Need to Coordinate with all Dept for Logistics Work.
• black small square On receipts of Unloading /Loading vehicles, Tankers coordinate with Logistics InCharge/ Officer
• /Security /QC and need to check vehicles
• black small square On receipt of Export Container for Loading coordinate with Security dept
• black small square Loading/Unloading of Goods as per documents and also need to weigh the Tankers
• black small square Arranging of goods in all warehouses/FG Area as and when required.
• black small square Operate Forklift /Stacker operations in all Warehouses/Logistics/FG Area
• black small square Numbering & paste of Labels on Local/export shippers as per requirement
• black small square Transfer of goods to any location and within plant with available resourceblack small square Daily/Weekly/Monthly Stock checking as per Reports.
• black small square Regularly check of Stock in storage tanks and need to take delivery of Tankers
• black small square On receipt and for outward they must check the stock and need to sign/Acknowledge
• black small square Any other Job responsibilities assigned /amended from time to time.
• black small square Need to check the Floor Tarpaulin, hood Tarpaulin & Water leakages of the vehicle before load
• black small square Should Participate in Safety Programs like BOS, Safety etc.
• black small square Need to clean Stacker/forklift regularly
• black small square of Goods on Racks including Unloading/loading from Containers.
• black small square Recording of Hexane SRP Stock.
• black small square Required to take daily physical FG stock & same to be submitted to Logistics Officers.
• black small square Handling of Palletization Stretch film Machines
• black small square Handle/ Inward Dispatch Register
• black small square Need to check Inventory.
• black small square Consult with Supervisor or skilled Personnel if required.
• black small square Support others in operating day-today Logistics activities.
• black small square Knowledge of the department SOPs
• black small square Should do Basis maintenance for Forklift. Stacker and need to maintain Chart for the same.

Who You Are

• High School + ITI/Graduation
• 3+ years of experience as Fork lift operator in manufacturing unit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
• Requires ability to take initiative to solve problems.
• Ready to work in shift operations
