Reports to: Head of Marketing/Managing Director

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Export Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive export sales growth and increase brand visibility in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and understand customer needs.

2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive export sales growth and increase brand visibility.

3. Product Positioning: Position products effectively in target markets, taking into account local competition and customer preferences.

4. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences in export markets.

5. Trade Shows and Events: Participate in trade shows and events to showcase products and build relationships with international customers.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and maximize business results.

7. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of export marketing experience.

2. Skills: Strong marketing, analytical, and communication skills.

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with global marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and international trade regulations.
