About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Accountant Specialist with expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, billing, vendor management, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP), and the ability to handle critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Oversee invoicing and billing activities with precision and timeliness.
• Handle vendor management, including onboarding, payments, and documentation.
• Utilize Zoho Books for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Ensure seamless handling of client interactions and collaboration with the board of directors.
• Introduce and implement new techniques, documentation standards, and processes.
• Manage and resolve critical financial situations with a problem-solving mindset.
• Prepare financial documentation, reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt to flexible working hours as per the companys requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in the domestic sector.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP.
