Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Surat. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection for various roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves using recruitment platforms and social media, organizing recruitment drives, managing offer negotiations, and supporting onboarding activities. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment data, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure all hiring practices align with company values and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and provide consultative support on workforce planning.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment portals, social media platforms, and basic HR documentation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional interviews and deliver clear feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
• Awareness of fair hiring practices, confidentiality standards, and basic labor and employment regulations relevant to recruitment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR is preferred.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled environment; experience recruiting for supply.
