Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-volume parcel business for our Rail Parcel Network.
• Acquire and onboard new customers through your existing industry relationships.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts across multiple industries.
• Build a sustainable parcel aggregation pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Drive daily customer acquisition and business expansion.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in Parcel Aggregation / Express Logistics / Surface Transport / Rail Logistics.
• Strong existing customer base with immediate business conversion capability.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of delivering results from Day One.
