Jr./ Executive - Accounts

1 Handle regular accounts work at the plant. 2 Prepare and check sales and purchase bills with E Way bills. 3 Make and maintain Purchase Orders (POs). 4 Prepare and check GRNs as per the material received. 5 Maintain petty cash and petty cash vouchers. 6 Check and record expense vouchers. 7 Check physical stock with system stock and report any difference. 8 Coordinate with the stores team for stock-related work. 9 Make day-to-day entries in the ERP software. 10 Maintain bills, vouchers, POs, GRNs and other accounts records. 11 Manage labour salary calculations, accounting entries, records, and statutory compliance. 12 Make GST entries and keep the required records ready. 13 Help with GST checking and reconciliation work. 14 Help with monthly accounts closing and reports. 15 Coordinate with other departments when required. 16 Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
