What Youll Do:
-Build and nurture long-term relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
-Deliver a world-class client experience, from private appointments to post-sale service.
-Offer personalized recommendations based on client profiles and preferences.
-Plan and coordinate exclusive experiences and private previews for elite clients.
-Maintain detailed CRM records and share insights to refine service strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
-3-15 years’ experience in retail or related industry.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and a passion for luxury and craftsmanship.
