We are searching for a diligent and professional director of corporate governance to join our dynamic UAE office.

Reporting directly to the managing director, you will be the focal point, responsible for all our companys compliance obligations, ensuring all our business operations fully comply with our regulatory requirements.

In this position, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including evaluating current and new compliance regulations, taking ownership of the outsourcing program, and managing all reporting obligations.

The successful candidate will have a full understanding of the domestic regulatory landscape relevant for financial services companies and a good knowledge of the corporate law of the ADGM.
